We know visiting a new church can be intimidating, even awkward. That’s why we’d like to make your visit to Reality the best experience EVER. Here’s what you can expect:

What kind of church is “Reality”?

Reality Church Tampa is a non-denominational evangelical church committed to teaching the Bible, winning souls by proclaiming the gospel, and loving people from all walks of life. We can think of no greater ‘reality’ than God, the Creator of the Universe, and want people to know the One True God. We also want Jesus to be a ‘reality’ in people’s lives, not just a name touted once a week.

How do I get there?

You will find a map and directions on this web site. Essentially, we are located in the heart of downtown Tampa. Please visit our Contact page for further information.

When are the services?

Reality Church meets corporately for worship on Sunday mornings from 10:00-11:30am with age-appropriate classes for children during that time. We also have “Community Groups” throughout the week that meet in host homes all over the Tampa Bay area.

What kind of people will be there?

Reality Church is a cross-section of people from the community: singles, couples, families – people who want to know God and build solid friendships.

What should I wear?

You will find everything from dressy casual to jeans and flip-flops. Come in what is comfortable for you; after all Jesus wore a robe!

Where do I go when I get there?

You will see Hosts/Hostesses welcoming you at our parking lot and at the front entrance. These people are there to help direct you or answer any questions.

What about my children?

We believe your kids will love it here! Our ‘Real Kids’ ministry is a great place for your children to learn about God in an age-appropriate environment during the adult services 10am-11:30am. Check-in is available 15 minutes prior to the start of the service. Our well-equipped children facilities along with caring staff will allow you to worship “worry-free.”

Will I be asked to talk or give money?

No! You won’t be singled out for being new and asked to share your family’s name and favorite Italian dish. We acknowledge that many among us are skeptics and not Christian, and we invite nonbelievers to be among us and hear the truth of the gospel. We don’t pass an offering plate and don’t make appeals for money. God loves cheerful, joyful generosity and donations can be made in a drop box in the back of the church, or online HERE at your discretion.
